The cutoff marks for M.Tech admissions at Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE) depend on the specialisation and the category of the applicant. For example, the cutoff for M.Tech in Construction Management in 2024 was 21.92 for the General Home State category. In comparison, other specializations like Machine Design and Structural Engineering had cutoffs in the range of 6.67 to 9 in recent years?

Generally speaking, for a GATE score of 361, the chances for M.Tech in Structural Engineering at NIT Jamshedpur would depend on one's category admission and the cut-off marks for that specific year.

For a general category student the cut-off marks for Structural Engineering generally are quite high and range closer to 401 marks in the successive years. On the other hand, if you are belonging to any of OBC, SC or ST categories, then you may be able to make it, cut-offs are lower for these categories.
