The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Tech. (CSE) programme is 65% in four-year Bachelor's degree in engineering (I. e. B.E. , B.Tech. , or equivalent) in any one of the following (or equivalent) branches. Final-year students expecting to graduate by July 2023 may also apply.

After doing B.Sc. In Chemistry it is best to go for chemical engineering in B.Tech. As chemical engineering branch is most similar to B.Sc. Chemistry than that of other branches in engineering. You can take the GATE exam to gain admission to the postgraduate programme after your Bachelor's.

MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT) offers M.Tech courses in various specializations such as Computer Science and Engineering, Digital Communication and Networking, Computer Network Engineering, Software Engineering, etc. To apply for M.Tech course at MSRIT, candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates). The institute considers the score of GATE/PGCET exam in order to select candidates for M.Tech course. I hope this helps!
