No, it is less likely that you will get admission for the postgraduate level M.Tech in additive manufacturing after completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). The reason is that the minimum eligibility to pursue M.Tech in additive manufacturing is to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a 60% score. Since M.Tech is a technical degree and you have a Bachelor's in fine arts, your degree will not be considered as relevant. The relevant degrees to get admission into M.Tech in additive manufacturing are B.Tech. and B.E. in the concerned streams. Therefore, you are not eligible for a M.Tech degree with a BFA.

Yes, you can definitely do an M.Tech in agriculture after completing your B.Tech in Biotechnology. Biotechnology deals with the use of Micro-Organisms, such as yeasts, bacteria, or biological substances. Agricultural engineering deals with food processing, farm machinery, soil, and water engineering.

Ill try to answer this in simple terms:
In next 510 years (even presently), IT is going to be most predominant Industry. Suppose you have a opening wherein the role is to manage a team of 15 techies/engineers, who would you prefer? Some who is an expert in management or someone who has knowledge of both Tech+Management? My take is, unless your planning on joining industry such as Finance, Investment banking, Admin, Sales & Marketing etc. Go for the B.Tech + MBA. Moreover, the B.Tech will enhance your numerical/statistical skills whichll help you in cracking the entrance examinations for MBA.

For fulltime M.Tech course you must be having a degree of B.Tech from any field such as CSE, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, and should give a merit base written admission test and Personal Interview . The written admission test will be of 2 hours of undergraduate level on subject concerned and a compulsory section where are few questions of GK, and awareness.
