Hi,
No, you cannot get admission without counseling in any government college. You need to fill up the counseling form for admission. If you are taking admitted in private colleges then there is no requirement of counseling. You can get fees consecration with your marks in the Exam only in a private college and if it's help like it.

It depends upon your interest whether you want to pursue MS/M.Tech or MBA after studying engineering. When it comes to salary time MBA have a better salary package. Don't just choose higher education due to peer pressure or family pressure. Let your aim decide what you have to pursue and then do it. Hope it helps.

First of all, you have not mentioned the college name and also you have not mentioned your category so it is difficult for me to tell each and every college cutoff. However,
1- Banaras Hindu University ICAR Cutoff rank for the general category was 346.
2- Rani Laxmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU), Jhansi ICAR Cutoff rank for the general category was 2105.
3- Viswa Bharti, PSBVB, Sriniketan, West Bengal ICAR Cutoff rank for the general category was 1638.

25 marks are required to clear the GATE exam for general category candidates. A 50 percent GATE score is required for M.Tech ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) at R. V. No, the Distance courses for M.Tech is not valid as it was declared by Supreme Court.
For this you can do part time M.Tech part time from IIT.
