Yes. It is possible if you have a good score in the GATE exam in that branch. You have to give the GATE exam from the CSE branch.

Don't even try to get into a part-time M.E. / M.Tech course. The Central government body AICTE which looks after technical education aspects and frames guidelines for technical education in India never approves of such a course.

If you want to get admission to in the M.Tech course offered by various deemed or private universities, you will have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the respective university or you can also apply through a GATE score.

It's definitely a Yes. IITs are creating more scope for students in different fields. AI and Robotics are one of the new growing fields for the young generation. So, if you are really interested you can opt for these courses. Also make sure to select a good IIT for pursuing your career.
