For admission in M.Tech in DPG Institute of Technology and Management, the institute requires a passed Bachelor degree in B.E/B.Tech in the relevant discipline or equivalent with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to a reserved category)

The faculty specifically for the M.Tech program, in particular, Engineering Analysis and Design at RGUKT Nuzvid can be said to possess adequate knowledge and guidance. The students note in their feedback that one relates to the professors as friends as they offer a lot of help throughout the programs. The faculty is relatively qualified and very helpful to the students most especially in matters concerning research issues and practical lessons.

 A candidate can get admission in M.Tech programs offered at DY Patil College of Engineering without having GATE qualifications but it is preferred if the candidate has a GATE score. M.Tech degrees are offered by the college in numerous fields of engineering. For the candidates to apply, he/she must meet the requirements stipulated by the college. Usually, the admission process requires the candidate to fill up an admission form, and meet the cut-off for an entrance test and/or interview conducted by the institute.

In the context of admission criteria for M.Tech programs for the academic year 2022-23 Birla Institute of Technology Mesra had fixed cutoff marks based on the GATE score and marks/percentage achieved in their under graduation examinations. The minimum GATE score cutoff was in the range of 45-60 marks for general category candidates and 35-50 marks for SC, ST and PD candidates. Furthermore, the candidates must have passed their Bachelors’ degree with minimum 60-80% marks for general category while for SC, ST and PD category the marks should be at least 50-70% to seek M.Tech programs at BIT Mesra.

The Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) in Andhra Pradesh offers 360 seats for the six-year Integrated B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering program.
