The most of the PSUs recruits candidates by using the GATE scores. So the GATE scores are mandatory requirements for PSUs. The Students of Integrated M.E/M.Tech or dual degree (5 years) after 12th are eligible for GATE exam. Hence Integrated B.Tech+M.Tech students are eligible for PSUs Jobs in India.

From my point of view I must suggest you for Indus university. Because the placement is quite good compare to your other choice and at last placement is the only thing that matters.

Yes, you can do M.Tech after BE because for pursuing M.Tech you need Bachelor degree. All the best for your future.
