Yes, you can enter into M.Tech. but for that first you have to do M.Pharma and then after qualifying GATE you can get admission in M.Tech. in any of these branches you want.
to enter directly after B.Pharma you cam join M.Tech. in Nanotechnology in Delhi University for this you have t go through IIT-JAM and you can get admission in M.Tech. without M.Pharma. and from this course you'll get a chance to study in abroad like in Germany, Japan.

Hello,
A student is eligible for doing Ph.D. after completion of post graduate degree. However these days almost every university insists on students clearing entrance test for registering students for doctoral research. Hence you need to follow rules of the prospective university where you intend to do Ph.D. Best wishes to you.

It will be much better, if you mention details like branch and your category before asking such question. Also your domicile state also acts as one of the criteria for selection of a candidate for M.Tech courses. As far as I remember there is a reservation of 85% for Maharashtra students.

Yes, you can take admission, only if you have management quota or Trust quota. Otherwise, you have to be appear in WBJEE examination. To get your preferable branch in this university, you have to score 120 out of 200, which will be a good score.
