It is very nice to hear from you that you are aiming for admission in Mumbai IIT for CSE. This means you would be almost in top 50 or 100 of JEE advanced. In view of this I do not see any hindrance of you not getting admission 4 years later in IIT Hyderabad for your MTech. But then nobody can predict as to what will be the situation and scheme of things for admission in mtech 4 years down the line. But, normally speaking yes you should get admission.

Hello,
It is very nice to hear from you that you want to do post-graduation in engineering from Germany. Yes, the German government offers free education to the students but then as consequence admissions are quite tough to get. From IIT Kharagpur is best for this course. Rajendra Mishra School of engineering is also good for B.Tech in entrepreneurship engineering.

You can surely think of doing your M Tech in data Science after having completed your civil engineering as background. Please remember, normally GATE is the entrance exam for or getting admission in PG in engineering course and you need to appear for the correct paper so that you become eligible for your M.Tech admission.
