Yes, you are eligible but you need to score a good rank in GATE for colleges like IIT & NIT. For BITS, there is a separate entrance exam for M.Tech.

If you want to pursue CS course you can do so as LLB, and CS both the courses are of similar nature more or less. In CS you will learn company related case studies and many more things. But it's better to get experience related to your completed degrees of M.Tech and LL.B. You can have good exposure with these degrees. But if you still want to pursue you can do so. Good luck and think wisely.

IIT Kharagpur's first-semester fee is Rs 25,950 with a Rs 6,000 refundable fee and Rs 10,550 for subsequent semesters. "Currently, IITs charge between Rs 20,000 and Rs 50,000 as annual M.Tech tuition fee. The cost of IIT education per year is around Rs 7 Lacs. This is being stated online. You can check.
