If you are an average student and not a nerd who wants to do new things every time then go for MBA, otherwise, go for M.Tech.

You need to determine whether you want to stick to the technical field or deviate a little. If you are really good in technical field then go for M.Tech but if you are an average student then go for MBA.

You have to fulfil pre-requisite for nuclear energy to be deemed eligible for doing the same and also clear the entrance exam.

I think there is no M.E, only M.tech. And for that one needs to give GATE. Hope it helps!
