As per my knowledge and my opinion, to become a professor in Government University, you can go in any of the two options, you have mentioned, as if you go for B.Tech M.Tech and then Ph.D. You are eligible for professor in University of Technology, and if you go for B.Sc M.Sc and Ph.D, then you are eligible as the subject teacher of the respective subject in which you have completed the graduation post-graduation and Ph.D.

Hello, If you are ready to earn more along with its inevitable risk, then surely go for MBA, since a person with technical knowledge and an unique idea can launch his/her startup although there is a lot of uncertainty in it in terms of monetary rewards, which are usually extreme. On the other hand, M.Tech is comparatively a bit safer option since one can still have certain job options, but the salary here is usually fixed with arithmetic increments unlike extreme profits and losses in businesses. Hello,
For MS in biotechnology in NIPER, you should be qualified GPAT followed by NIPER EXAM.
Eligibility of the Master of Technology [M.Tech] (Biotechnology):
Students who are graduated in the field of biotechnology/ B.Pharma/ M.Sc. Biosciences with minimum 45%-50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for M.Tech biotechnology. Students having valid GATE score are also eligible for admission to this programme. If you are eligible for this course, apply for admission to various institutes for this programme. Institutes like IITs, NITs, IISc and many other require GATE score and interview round score for the selection process.

Good options after M.Tech, is go for Ph.D from renowned Institute like (IITs, NITs, CCMB-Hyderabad, IISERs etc.)
You may also go for the jobs like Lecturer ship, or industries (R&D, Q. C, Q. A, etc. ).

Hi Shivendra,After B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech, else MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE.
