If we talk in terms of placements and companies, then best specializations will be:
1. VLSI and Microelectronics -: Most of the industrial jobs and research sectors of electronics recruit from this branch.
2. Communication -: For telecom sector.
3. Signal Processing -: If you like mathematics, then this branch would be ideal for you. You can also opt for M.Tech in CSE, the choice is yours. Regards.

No, you need to have a minimum of 50% marks in 12th grade and also take GEEE which is the entrance test.

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is a state level examination, conducted by Anna University for admissions to M.Tech/ MArch/ Plan/ ME/MBA and MCA in different colleges in Tamil Nadu. The exam is usually conducted in the month of June every year. For M.Sc, the eligibility is B.Sc.

Hi, Your grades are good enough. If you manage to get a very good GMAT score, you should try applying to the top business schools in these countries. You may refer to any ranking leagues and find the university ranks and top ones. The National University of Singapore, University of Melbourne, HEC Paris, INSEAD, Kellogg Business School, Chicago Booth are some of the recommendations. Remember though your overall application package has to be outstanding and don't just rely on your grades to sail you through.
