Yes, you are eligible for Ph.D after completing your M.Tech. Please check for your eligibility from the criteria mentioned below:
Eligibility for Ph.D. in Physics:
1) M.Phil. Degree or M.Sc. In Physics or Material Science
2) A minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent CGPA (relaxed to 55% or equivalent CGPA for SC/ST) at the level of post-graduation
3) Qualification of any of the following national level tests in Physics in the last 2 years from applying to the course:
4) CSIR/UGC-JRF or CSIR/UGC LS with rank less than or equal to 200

It depends upon your interest and your future goals. You should to go for B.Tech + M.Tech if you want to continue your specializations. That's makes you much expertise in that particular feild. And you know very well that core companies need the one who has done his Masters in the continuation of specializations. BUT you should to go for B.Tech+MBA if you also posses some managerial skills or you want to have to combination of engineering and managerial skills. That's a very promising career also. Hi,
As per the Jamia University's criteria and guidelines, minimum percentage should be 60% for the admission as per your CGPA it looks you are not eligible. Still you can visit our university website or you can also call on our helpline no in website: http://jmi.ac.in

Sorry to say that the minimum criteria for admission in M.Tech is 60% marks in Jamia Mila Islamia. Still, you can opt for other colleges where the minimum criteria for admission is 50% marks.

If you have given exams in the banking sector, I would suggest you wait for results before taking any decision. If you think you have done well, you will definitely find a suitable job in this sector. If you want to teach, you will have to study B.Ed which is the basic criteria or qualification to land a teaching job, or you can do your doctorate and then take up a teaching position. Your M.Tech degree would qualify you as a teacher in many institutes and research positions in multi-national firms. Regards.

M.Tech in machine learning and intelligent systems from M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, part-time course is available at this institute. It is of 3-years duration, and total fee for this course is 3.66 lakhs. Regards.
