You have to clear GATE to get admission in PG in engineering. If you score better marks in your BE and GATE, then you will get college of your choice.

I can appreciate and understand your desire and dream of doing M Tech in part time mode. Normally some colleges offer this facility to students who are having job during daytime and can come for classes in evening. You are advised to approach your intended college and seek assistance from administrative staff there.
