Yes, there is no doubt that VIT is more preferred over Vellore, as it is their main campus. They actually have an advantage that Bengaluru is the largest Technological hub of India, so they have a great location advantage, and they have a very good faculty base, as I was told by a relative of mine who studied there. So, I would recommend to go for VIT-Vellore.

Surely, you can do M.Tech after B.Tech. Prepare for GMAT and score extremely good marks.

While working, it is difficult to pursue regular M.Tech. And, distance M.Tech is not valid anymore as per the latest Supreme Court verdict. Hence, if you really want to pursue M.Tech, then you should go for regular one.

VITMEE biomedical engineering paper will consist of two parts. The first part is about technical subjects and the second part is about English communication. The first part will carry 80% weightage and 20% weightage will be carried by the second part in VITMEE. Here is the complete list of chapters and their topics that need to be studied for VITMEE:-

NIT TRICHY has a good placement record for M.Tech students in Industrial Safety Department. On an average, 85 percent students get placed. I cannot give the exact figures of this year because final placement are going on.
