The minimum qualification required for MBA is a Bachelor degree. So, you can opt for MBA after M.Tech. In this case, you have 2 options: either you can go for the regular full-time MBA or you can opt for a job and go for correspondence MBA. Choice is yours.

Yes, you may pursue the course.
Generally, to pursue M.Tech, candidates need to pass graduation (B.E. / B.Tech) in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.
