Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also.
You must do MBA from top colleges only. If you are able to crack CAT& XAT lot of Public sector banks will give you educational loan with any guarantee. You may refer to following link for list of top MBA college

Hello Arjun,
You need to appear for GATE or other state level examinations (OJEE for Odisha, WBUT for West Bengal, UPTU for Uttar Pradesh, PGECET for Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, etc.) for admissions into ME or M.Tech courses. Certain Universities like SRM, GITAM, VIT, KIIT conduct their own entrance examination as well.
I hope it helps. If so, kindly upvote this answer. If you've any further questions, kindly revert.

1. To pursue M.Tech, you have to crack GATE exam in one of the subject.
2. For MBA, you have to crack CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
If you have great command in technical field, then you must opt for M.Tech. The fees is much higher in MBA in comparison with M.Tech.
