Yes, you can as the basic criteria is BE/ B.Tech/ M.Sc or equivalent and GATE score should be above 300 or qualifying score, whichever is higher.

You are not eligible for M.Tech biotechnology program because you need to complete B.Tech biotechnology to pursue M.Tech program. As per your B.Sc biotechnology, degree you can go for M.Sc degree in following fields:
1. Biotechnology.
2. Microbiology.
3. Forensic.
4. Nano-science.
5. Wild life.
6. Environmental science.
7. Psychology.

Dear Chirag Patel,
All are good and fine. It depends on your interest. M.Tech, ME and MS leads you to stick your own core area, where as MBA, leads to executive life in the area of marketing, operations and production management, etc. Therefore, if you want to stick your core go for M.Tech, ME, etc. if not MBA.
