DTE CAP round is where the entrance exam scores are considered along with other factors like, scores in class 12th, 10th and work experience. Accordingly, you get an all India rank. There are at least 4 rounds of admission, where you have to select college and it has to be a list according to your priority.
You can select 150 colleges names, then according to your merit and priority, you get allotted. You need to confirm the admission. CAP round starts around mid-April.

No with this score don't expect top 10 colleges as this score is very low. Either try for some average college or prepare again for next year or for some other exam.
