Yes, you can apply in Maharashtra. But you will get only the seat of outsider quota which is 15-20% of total fees.

DTE CAP procedure means a centralized procedure. The students need not apply separately to each college. Rather, they can just fill in the preferable college in one form. Once the form is submitted, DTE releases 3 lists. If you have your name in the list of the college you want, you have to then just go to the college, pay fees and confirm. The procedure for this year will begin soon.

You can still apply for DTE Maharashtra Cap process for taking admission in MBA or MS in Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra.
The application has already started and ends in June first week. Kindly go through DTE Maharashtra site for detailed information regarding the CAP round process.

Hi,
Checkout the last year cut off on DTE website. It also depends in which category you are falling into? Best college in Pune accepting CET score is only two PUMBA and Indira. I guess you can get into Indira till 2-3 rounds.
