The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions and has no negative marking, making it less stressful. With regular practice, mock tests, and a solid understanding of fundamental concepts, candidates can perform well. To clear the MAH HM CET exam, the actual test duration is 90 minutes for BHMCT (undergraduate) and 60 minutes for MHMCT (postgraduate) programs. However, preparation time varies by individual—on average, students spend 2 to 3 months preparing thoroughly, focusing on English language skills, logical reasoning, and general knowledge. The exam itself is a one-day, computer-based test, and results are usually declared within a few weeks. So, while the test takes just an hour or so to complete, the full process of preparation, examination, and result declaration may span 3 to 4 months.
