For the flagship PGDM course, eligible students with a valid score in the accepted entrance exams are required to apply online on the official website of WeSchool. Selected candidates from the list of applicants are shortlisted for the selection rounds, such as PIQ and PI and their academic background is also taken into consideration. For final selection, a Total Composite Score Merit is calculated for all candidates based on all selection parameters and those who qualify for the merit list receive admission offers from Welingkar Mumbai.

At the postgraduate level, Welingkar Institute of Management Mumbai offers a two-year PGDM programme across General and seven other specialisations. This two-year full-time course is the flagship course of WeSchool. This PGDM programme is equivalent to the MBA course. However, the students get a Diploma after completion and not the MBA degree.
