Yes you can be eligible for private Schools/ Colleges but can not be eligible for Government Schools/ Colleges. The eligibility criteria of MAHA TET is given below. About MAHA TET This is a teacher eligibility test that is conducted by the Maharashtra State Council of Examination for the candidates who belong to Maharashtra state and want to become eligible for teaching jobs offered in the state. MAHA TET is conducted once a year in offline mode at various exam centres throughout the state. MAHA TET exam has a total of two papers which are paper 1 (for primary) and paper 2 (upper primary). The candidates who qualify in the MAHA TET exam become eligible to apply for teaching jobs offered by the state government.
