Eligibility:

No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects or

passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Candidates must have a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA)

While deciding the eligibility of the Candidates following procedure shall be adopted

(a) Eligibility will be calculated with the weightage of 50% marks for aptitude tests and 50% marks in the qualifying examination.

(b) The percentage of marks shall be calculated by rounding off to the nearest integer. i.e. if the percentage of marks comes out to be 44.50% to 44.99% then it shall be rounded to 45% and if the percentage of marks comes out to be 44.01% to 44.49% shall be rounded to 44% for deciding the eligibility.

(c) In case the maximum marks in an individual subject are other than 100, the marks will be converted out of 100 for individual subject without rounding, If the sum of the converted marks of individual subjects without rounding off works out to be a figure with fraction then fraction up to two decimal places shall only be considered for calculation of the percentage of marks considering maximum marks as 300 and, If the percentage comes infraction, then rounding off shall be done as above to decide the eligibility.

PhD applications at IIIT Nagpur can be filled in online mode with all the relevant documents attached and a separate hard copy of the same application filled online must be sent by post as a backup. • Mark sheets and certificate of Class 10, Class 12 and graduation
• NOC from the current employer
• Experience/ service certificate for all the previous employments (in period of five years)
• EWS and OBC-NCL certificate (wherever applicable)
• Cast Validity certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL candidates belonging to the state of Maharashtra
• SC/ ST/ PwD certificates (wherever applicable)
• Scanned copy of NEFT payment receipt or scanned copy of DD for online form and actual DD or original NEFT receipt for hard copy form
