You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, fees, eligibility etc. Foreign students can apply in CLAT or the colleges directly under the foreign quota.

All the candidates passed / appearing at the qualifying examination I. e. HSC/12th Standard examination or its equivalent examination and having Indian Nationality are eligible for appearing for MHT CET 2020. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT CET 2020. MHT CET have the following types of candidature as listed below.
1. Maharashtra State Candidature
2. All India Candidature
3. Minority Candidature
4. Children of NRI / OCI / PIO are exempted from appearing for MHT CET 2020
So from above you are eligible to write the MHTCET-2020

Eligibility: A person with 10+2 qualification is eligible for admission. Non 10+2 candidates who have completed Bachelors Preparatory Programme (BPP) of the university are also eligible for admission.
