Candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science and Commerce discipline with 50% marks and 45% marks for SC/ ST candidates or B.Tech degree with 55% marks or post-graduation degree with 50% marks in any discipline from recognized university are also eligible to apply.
Aspirants holding Integrated Dual Degree with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university are also eligible to apply.

You need to understand admission process of MIT institute of design:
The admission process is in two phases:
Phase 1 MITID-which Design Aptitude Test conducted at various centers across the country. Based on scores obtained from MITID-that, shortlisted candidates will be called for second phase. Phase 2 the second phase of the admission procedure will consist of studio tests followed by personal interviews at MITID campus in Pune. Hi,
Distance learning course isn't enough to practice law in India. As per the Bar Council of India's guidelines, one need to have a law degree to practice law in India. One of the prerequisite to practice in any state is to have a regular course law degree. Law course pursued through a distance learning is only for knowledge sake.
