Diploma in Pharmacy is a 2-year full-time Diploma course divided into 4 semesters. D. Pharmacy has been designed to prepare candidates to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other related pharmaceutical fields. The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognized educational Board. VIT is ranked No 1 Private Institute 4th time in a row by Indian Government. So, I would suggest you to go with VIT Amravati as it provides really good education and updated curriculum up to date just fits to the present industry requirements.

No chance for CSE in IIIT-Nagpur if you belong to the general category. There may be some chances in CSAB but not in JoSAA rounds.
