For B.Tech in CSE, BVUCOE Pune is better, it's the main branch of Bharati Vidyapeeth University.

According to me, BVU COE is better than NIET Noida.

However, you haven't mentioned your 12th score. If it is not less than 50% then you can take the admission.

It will be very difficult for you to get admission in MIT School of Architecture-Pune with this score in JEE Mains. I would suggest you go for Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture or DY Patil College of Architecture, Pune.

If such criteria had existed, the college would've mentioned on their website itself. One can pay the college fees easily by taking education loans. The college should ideally not care about the family income of a candidate. Still, you can contact the college directly for further clarification.
