Eligibility: - The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. You have very good chances of getting an admission call, because percentile above 75 is good enough for this college.

If your father is a resident of Mumbai and staying in Mumbai for a certain number of years he would be deemed to be domicile of Maharashtra. As a result of this, you also could be considered as a domicile of Maharashtra and can seek admission, as a Maharashtra candidate for any of the engineering colleges situated within the state. However, to be more precise and confirmatory I would advise you to see the website of directorate of technical education of the Maharashtra government where in the eligibility and domicile conditions are given out in detail. Your query is a little unclear. Let me attempt to answer in spite of this. If you have already taken admission in a college in Gujarat and now wishes to transfer to this college in Maharashtra, it is impossible. However, if you are domicile of Gujrat, and now want to study in the college in Maharashtra, then you can apply against All India Quota. For this, you need to appear for any national level entrance exam and on the basis, if scores you can get admission.
Best wishes to you.
