I heard that the placement drives conducted for IT and computer is good but for mechanical and other branches the companies are less interested in PCCOE.
So I think you should go for Cummins Pune because it is best and has better opportunities as far as placements are concerned in mechanical engineering than PCCOE. Also, it has good teaching facilities.

Yes, you can get admission in VESIT-Chembur. Typical cutt off of VESIT range is from 77% to 98%, so you are eligible for the admission.

The only way to get admission at this point of time is through management quota but management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Yes, you can apply. The eligibility is 50% marks either in Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce or Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks. Admission is on the basis of merit in the B.Ed. Common Entrance Test conducted by the University.
