Hi,
In order to get into a top college in Pune, you should at least score above 96 percentile. And if you are an outside home university candidate, then the cut-off will be higher than that for home university students.

Since you have not mentioned the college/course, I would not be able to help you much with the information. I would advise you to cross-check the reviews about that college and then go for admission.

Yes, you can get admission in COEP for direct second year in the respective branch if you have done diploma and when your marks are above 90%.

Yes, there are chances of getting a seat in Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture for B.Arch as per your NATA score. But the college also considers 10+2 percentage as well. Let's hope for the best.
