Most of the students cannot imagine going to IITs without tough completion, which is a correct assumption. But there are ways to get into IITs and NITs without GATE scores too. In order to get into a top college in Pune, you should at least score above 96 percentile. And if you are an outside home university candidate, then the cut-off will be higher than that for home university students.

Yes, there are chances of getting a seat in Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture for B.Arch as per your NATA score. But the college also considers 10+2 percentage as well. Let's hope for the best.
