The cut-off for Shree C. E. Society's Indira Institute of Management (Pune) would be around 2600 (score of around 87) state merit number. For cap round 1, for home university candidates and for other than the home university, it would go around 2400 state merit number (score of around 89). The cut-off I have mentioned may differ somewhat depending on the no. of candidates in the given range of the merit number.
Hope it will help you.

The fee structure differs from institute to institute. You will have to check that individually with the institute you wish to enrol with. The fee structure might range from INR 20,000-60,000 depending on the institute.

Secondly, which branch you want accordingly if your percentile ( 50% wattage to MHT CET score and 58% wattage to HSC OR equivalent score ) is above 90 at least then there is a chance that you can get in.
For more information, the check DTE website for cutoffs of last year or you can also search on Google for last year cutoffs .so you will get some idea.
All the best.

Normally speaking, states are quite conservative in giving admissions to students from other states. However, I would advise you to download brochure released by DTE of Maharashtra for eligibility and other aspects of lateral admission. Go through it and you will find the process for registering for lateral admission.
