Hello Roshni, V NIT-Nagpur is one of the oldest and most sought after NIT for aspirants of engineering seats. Due to this the cut offs are on the higher side in this Institute of national eminence. I am attaching a link that will give you the information about historical cutoffs that were seen in the previous years. You can draw your conclusion based on this as to what could be the cutoff in this year 2019. Best wishes to you.

The Candidate should have passed the HSC or it's equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category).

Yes, you can get admission in some private colleges and universities. For IIT and NIIT you are not eligible. Some colleges conduct own entrance exam, so try to clear and get some good colleges because at the time of placement, college matters a lot.
