GLC is best, though my suggestion would be to pursue law from an English medium college.

Any government college will be charging less than 2 lacs per annum in not only your mentioned states but in any state in the country.

The cut-off of NEET goes higher and higher every year. For general category, you need to score at least 560-600 marks to confirm your admission in a government medical college.

The competition is rising every year in the medical line. If you are a general category candidate, then you will have to score at least the qualifying marks for NEET to get admission in a private university.

It is a decent college. The admission is based on the marks in graduation.

Symbiosis Pune is the best. It is renowned one. It has a good name since a long time.the faculty is very good. They give you enough exposure to grow. You will be happy with the kind of study and atmosphere there

Yes, you can get admission directly in the 2nd year after completing your Diploma. Candidates must have passed diploma in engineering and technology and obtained at least 50 %
marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
