For admission in MPSTME (any course), you need to give NPAT i.e the entrance test for NMIMS courses. Although after the counselling through results of NPAT and commencement of college if seats are available. They take admission based on boards marks and JEE Mains scores.

First of all, it is all up to your interest that what you like.
If you like research, then you can go for Master in Pharmacy, there are various specialization in M.Pharm like pharmaceutical chemistry, Analysis, pharmaceutics, pharmacognosy. If you like Business or interested in management then you can go for MBA. May be pharma MBA or normal MBA.
If you are interested in civil services you can do it after it (UPSC, MPSC).
People even do LLB after B.Pharma and become lawyer or specialized in intellectual property rights or pharmaceutical jurisprudence. There are various colleges in Pune like for Pharmacy Bharti vidyapeeth, AISSM, Singhgad c

Hi,In Pune, only 2 colleges are left and good for chemical engineering which are MIT Kothrud and VIT. In Mumbai, there is ICT which is good.

Their many college which are under Pune University and you get seat in these college on basis of MAH MCA CET. Further, there are other possible ways to get into top private institute which provide great exposure and jobs. The college like:
1. Vishwakarma Institute of Technology
2. Modern College.
