Hello Shankar,
I think you will agree with me that your marks in CET are a bit on the lower side. With these marks, I am afraid that your chances of getting PCCOE are a bit less. However, to help you, I am attaching a link that will predict a college for you.

Till now I think IIIT DHARWAD is best as it's construction started for own campus and Sudha Murty is also present in Board of Governors. Pune comes after that, then Sri City, Nagpur,Kottayam and at last Kurnool.

Polytechnic is also a Diploma course, if you want to go for technical fields. The eligibility for getting admission in a Polytechnic college, is you must have passed class Xth from a known board. Other than this, you have to fill out the form for Polytechnic exams, which are held for the selection of students in Polytechnic colleges.

2. CA
3. Government job
4. Startup (the hot thing)
5. Teaching
You can see the typical stuff above but Economics (H) from DU can take you to places BBA can't. Things to do:
1. Consulting (one of the highest paid jobs)
2. Corporate law
3. Economic journalism (if you have a flair
