Computer science and communication is almost equal to CSE. It only has one or 2 communication subjects. It totally depends on you where you want to go and what branch you are getting in symbiosis. According to the location, you should go for Pune, because it has a nice climate. Bhubaneswar has a very hot weather. If distance is a matter, then choose a nearer college. Both are a good choice, it depends on which branch you want to take.

Hi Vikram,
The faculty is well reputed, experienced and friendly. ITM offers 100% placements to its students. The industry exposure is good too with a 5 months internship for the students, which is much appreciated by a lot of recruiters. ITM provides a lot of opportunities to its students in and outside the college. For any more specific details, feel free to write to me. All the best.

Both are average colleges, so you can choose any one based on the fee structure and location. It's your CV which you build in five years that matter and not the colleges.
So don't get disappointed and work hard. Good luck.
