Hi,
There are about 90+ best Diploma in Engineering colleges in Mumbai of which 60+ colleges are owned privately, 10+ colleges are owned by the government, and 3 colleges are owned by semi-government institutions.
Admissions to majority of these colleges are based on merit. ICTM, VJTI, K J Somaiya School of Engineering, Government Polytechnic and B.P. Marine Academy Panvel are the top Diploma colleges in Mumbai for Engineering.

If you've done BHMS, you can usually apply for the Modern Pharmacology course no matter which state you're from. It's not strictly limited to those registered in Maharashtra. But, if the course is run by a Maharashtra-based institute, they might prefer candidates registered in the state. It's not the same everywhere, so it's better to directly ask the institute offering the course to be sure.

Global BIFS Academy admissions 2025 are open online. Till now, no schedule has been released by the institute. Since the admission is open, candidates can apply for certificate course. To get admission to the Global BIFS Academy, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. The application process at Global BIFS Academy is conducted online.

You can approach the possibility of lying for direct second-year B.Tech admission in Pune with more than 82.13% in your Diploma along with a valid MHT-CET score as per DTE Maharashtra's Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Among Symbiosis campuses for BBA, Noida and Bangalore have more opportunities for best placements and industry exposure. Noida has a higher intake, established alumni network, and good relations with corporates. The advantage to the location of the Noida campus due to proximity to Delhi has provided good corporate connections. Bangalore offers a dual degree option with Deakin University and is tech-oriented.
