ICT is one of the best institutions of its type in the country. Yes, you can apply online for PG. In fact method for applying for PG and above is online only. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

BBA in media and communication is relatively a new course in Whistling Woods International. The institute is better known for filmmaking courses. But I am not sure how good is the Mass communication course there. If you wish to pursue mass communication from a well-known college for graduation, I would recommend you to go through these lists of top colleges:
