As we are aware that new technology is expanding day by day like it started from 2nd generation & it keeps on growing. Today is the decade of 4th generation, so it keeps on expanding. In the GDP of our country, TELECOM sector contributes around 2.5% I. e. very huge growth and in future, this figure will keep on increasing, so ultimately, this sector will cover a huge area in future and it will have a vast scope. In India, we have all resources but still, we are lacking behind the other countries the reason behind it is lack of education and proper use of resources, we Indian people believe in working for other countries rather than working for India coz they value our knowledge, we only Indian people are involve in increasing their technology if they contribute their involvement in India than we undoubtedly increase our scope.
Nowadays, Telecom Sector is one of the fastest growing sector. As I know, there are more than 45M Mobile Users in India and this number is rapidly increasing every day. Apart from that, there are broadband technology / Digital cable / Internet services / computerized equipment etc. And, it resulting the increasing demand for the personnel who can deal with the related activities. So, on that basis, the scope for Telecom Professionals is good. And, when there is good scope, it means the job opportunities are also growing rapidly in this sector. Overall, prospects are looking good.

DTU LEET 2018 Eligibility:
The candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech lateral entry programmes should possess a state Diploma of three years in any branch of engineering or equivalent examination from a DTU recognised university. The candidates should secure a minimum of 60% (50-55% for SC/ST) marks in all the semesters as an aggregate. Final year students who meet the eligibility criteria can also apply for admissions. The only condition is that they need to produce all the certificates as proofs at the time of admission. Failing which, their candidature is subjected to cancellation. Age Criteria: Applicant must be minimum 18 years and maximum 26 years of age on or before 01.10.17. Relaxation in minimum age of 1 year only with approval of Competent Authority is permissible (such candidate need to apply for relaxation only at the time of admission). Delhi Region Candidates: A candidate passing the qualifying examination (Diploma) from a recognised College / Institute / University located within the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi will be considered for Delhi Region only. Outside Delhi Region Candidates: A candidate passing the qualifying examination (Diploma) from a recognised College / Institute / University located outside the National Capital Territory of Delhi will be considered for Outside Delhi Region only.
