Hello! As far as I know, there is a certain formula for converting the CGPA into percentage. Since this formula is not disclosed publicly by MU, you have to either contact your college(in case they might know) or directly the university for the same.

There is no university which provides lateral entry for a correspondence course. You can check the same from the college you wish to take admission in if they can allow you.
