ITM University is quite a good college for MBA. I think you should visit the official website of the college to find about college placement records and also talk to the seniors about the college environment.

The answer to this is subjective. If you want to pursue MBBS, but not getting in India, then you can consider to study MBBS from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines, etc., rather than adjusting for Physiotherapy.
As MBBS is a course which has high demand in India and India needs qualified doctors.
