Hello Amit,
ITM University is quite a good college for MBA. I think you should visit the official website of the college to find about college placement records and also talk to the seniors about the college environment.
All the best.

I'm afraid that's not possible after the completion of the course. You should have confirmed with the institute before taking admission that whether they are providing a degree or Diploma certificate.

All the institutes are good, but none of them will guarantee 100% placements. Mass Communication is a field, where you will have to struggle a bit by yourself to get the desired job.

College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

Hi,
The answer to this is subjective. If you want to pursue MBBS, but not getting in India, then you can consider to study MBBS from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines, etc., rather than adjusting for Physiotherapy.
As MBBS is a course which has high demand in India and India needs qualified doctors.
It is very important to choose good universities, listed with MCI.
To get admission guidance for MBBS abroad, register here:

Admission is about to close for September intake.
All the best.
