Yes, you can take admission into MCA after having done B.Sc. You might have to appear for a qualifying exam to gain admission into MCA. Eligibility varies according to university and you will be able to check eligibility at your target institute.

You have to appear for entrance exams like CAT, CMAT and CET. Then you can apply for PGDM courses in Weschool. There will be a GEPI round which consists of group activity and personal interview. This might differ next year. So in order to take admission first you have to give entrance exams which will be end of this year. So you can take admission next year.

Hello Akshay,
Don't worry. Questions set by Mumbai University are neither tougher nor easier than any other university. What happens is that students are not accustomed to different method of teaching in engineering colleges as compared with class 12th.
