Hello Ashwani,
VIT, Pune as well as Sanghavi, both have good name but there is one more very well-known college for chemical engineering in Maharashtra other than ICT and it is LIT in Nagpur. Try for this.

Coaching for IIT-JEE is not just faculties and study materials. In fact these take a back-seat when you are really focussed on your goal. 90% of your success will be determined by the environment you're in, your peers, and the overall competition you're facing. Quality of lecturers or the extensiveness/exhaustiveness of study material are points pondered upon only by the naive. Why? Because if you want to better your performance, it's upto you.and only you. Get study material from outside sources (FIITJEE/Resonance etc), it doesn't matter. IIT-HOME has competitive faculty, enough to get you to the level where your rank will be decided

With merely 3.33% marks, I don't think you will get any good colleges, try for management quota seats if you still looking forward for engineering.

Cut-off for LIT ranges from 50 to 140. For Amravati, information in elaborate form is available on the website of the college in down loadable format.
