Hi,

I did some research. I found out that the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will be introducing a revised syllabus very soon. However, if you have taken exams according to the old syllabus your marks will still be valid. 

There is no certainty about what are the changes will be happening in the syllabus. However, the syllabus is being revised to help students perform better.

The fee structure for a Bachelor's degree in Arts can vary significantly between different colleges in Mumbai and Pune.

Mumbai:

Yes, you’re correct. The Maharashtra government has approved a complete academic fee waiver for girls from families with a total income of INR 8 Lakh or less and the state will reimburse the entire amount. This initiative is already  having a positive impact on girls’ enrollment in higher education but do make sure to submit the family income report inorder to avail it.
