IDOL University Mumbai allows students to answer their exams in three different languages, such as Hindi, English, and Marathi. This will enable students to choose their preferred language and take the exam accordingly. At the undergraduate level, the university offers a three-year BA course. Students can also select their BA specialisation to develop their desired skills and enhance their job prospects.

IDOL University Mumbai follows the government-mandated seat reservation policy. Students from reserved categories secure their seats as per the policy, with 13% of seats reserved for SC students and 7% reserved for ST students.
