IIAEIT is a private college with AICTE accreditation. IIAEIT provides a four-year, full-time BTech programme in aerospace, aeronautical, or avionics engineering at the undergraduate level. The total seat intake for the courses at IIAEIT is 1832. Depending on the number of applications these seats are allocated to different streams.

IIAEIT provides a four-year, full-time BTech programme in aerospace, aeronautical, or avionics engineering at the undergraduate level in association with Ajeenkya DY Patil University and Aeronautical Engineering and Research Organization (AERO) at ADYPU campus in Pune.
The AERO-CET/ JEE Main/ MAHCET scores are used to determine admission to IIAEIT. At IIAEIT, the minimum cut-off for a B.Tech degree is between 70%-75% in 2023.

Admission to the IIAEIT for 2024 will shortly be available for a variety of B.Tech programs for all 12th grades students with diplomas and PCM, PCMB, or PCB. IIAEIT provides a four-year, full-time BTech programme in aerospace, aeronautical, or avionics engineering at the undergraduate level.
