Hello Shravani Nirmale, you have scored excellently well in JEE Mains examination as per the results that you have posted. Scoring anything about a percentile of 85 is definitely and excellent achievement. Be that as it may it will not help you in getting admission in any college in Pune or Mumbai. This is because all the colleges in Maharashtra have to accept the rankings obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the government of Maharashtra called MHT CET. A laws exist in India to protect students from harassment by teachers professors. RTE ACT 2009 states :
Prohibition of physical punishment and mental harassment to child (1) No child shall be subjected to physical punishment or mental harassment. (2) Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action under the service rules applicable to such person.
