Yes, you will be eligible to take admission in private college through AIQ, make sure you have registered in AAYUSH I. e. a government website portal for the counselling.

Here are the steps to be followed during the NEET Counselling process
Visit the official Medical Counselling Committee MCC website Complete the MCC NEET registration process including payment NEET 2022 counselling choice filling and locking
The NEET 2022 merit list is released shortly after the results are announced
Candidates are shortlisted based on the scores and ranks achieved in the NTA NEET exam Only those students who qualify the NEET cutoff 2022 and make it to the list will be eligible for the counselling process

Yes, If you have done 10th, 11th & 12th from MH and qualify the minimum criteria of eligibility I. e. Subjects required, domicile of the state, age and 50% PCB and English in 12th standard exams. 40% for reserved category.
