No, Manav Rachna University (MRU) is a state-private university. MRU is part of the Manav Rachna Educational Institutions and was established as Manav Rachna College of Engineering in 2004. The Manav Rachna College of Engineering eventually got evolved into the Manav Rachna University, as we recognise it today. MRU is located in Faridabad, Haryana, and offers several courses at the UG, PG, and PhD levels.
